📦 Voter File (VRDB)
Upload a WA SoS VRDB export CSV to update the voter database. Large files — expect several minutes to process.
🗳 Ballot Returns / Matchback
Upload a ballot returns CSV (state_voter_id, party, election_date columns). Upserts into the ballot_returns table.
Big statewide files import in the background — you'll get an instant confirmation and can watch it finish below. A .zip works too (uploads faster).
🧭 Precinct Results (post-election)
Upload SoS precinct results — the allstateprecincts.csv or an Export Results .xlsx (Precinct Results sheet). Feeds the Election Analyzer and after-election reporting. Re-uploading the same file replaces it. Data is shared with CascadeVMT on this server, so one upload serves both.
Date is optional when the filename starts with YYYYMMDD — required for .xlsx exports. A .zip works too.
